How do I book your service?

You may request for an online quotation or contact us via WHATSAPP.

Our sales representative will get back to you with a quote. Do include the list of items + photo for an accurate quotation.

What is your payment method and terms?

Payment will be upon delivery, Customers are encouraged to check items before our team leave the premises as there will be no refund or revisit once our team leave. Payment method via PAYNOW/Bank Transfer/Cash only. Late payment will incur a fee of $10.00 per day

What is your moving rates?

‼️take note we do not charge per load, in the event if 2nd trip is not fully utilised, price remains at $450/trip.

🔸Piano (No Grand Piano) additional $80
🔸Dismantle from $20/furniture

❗️Items that could not fit lift FROM $20/item per level (depending on weight)
❗️Non lift access FROM $20 /item per level (depending on weight of items)

What is your cancellation/Refund policy

1. Customers are to be responsible of getting their own insurance for household goods/general cargo.
2. SPARTA MOVE PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any damages of contents/items packed/unpacked or wrapped/unwrapped by the customer.
3. If insurance are not taken up, our maximum liability is up to $100/- per move or replacement of item whichever is lesser
4. Customers are responsible of ensuring  goods purchased are in good condition. Sparta Move Pte Ltd are not held accountable should item are already in bad condition during pickup and not responsible to check on behalf of customers.
5. Customers are to check and inspect that goods delivered are in good condition on the spot upon delivery and payment. No Revisit & No Refunds are allowed once the team left the premises. 
6. 25% Booking fee is required for moving worth more than $100. Booking Fee is NON refundable should there be any cancellation by customers.
7. Customers who are staying in Condo are responsible to check with management on the time allowed to move especially after 5pm/Sunday.
8.For any wasted trip will be chargeable for transport fee of $50.
9. Admin Fee of $50 per condo location is applicable should you require us to handle the administrative paperwork (Security deposit/cheque) for condo move. Lift padding is chargeable to customers(up vary $10-$22 depending on condo)

Do you provide box for moving?

We do provide box on loan with a deposit.


$100 box deposit per 20 box on loan upon booking.


❗️maximum loan up to 100 box only

↘️Box deposit are Refundable upon collection of boxes back
❗️maximum 2 weeks after moving date
❗️missing boxes will be deducted at $3.50/box from the deposit

↘️ If you require less than 20 box or more than 100 boxes, you may purchase at $3.50/box from us.

🔸All our box on loan comes with 1-2 tapes. 

🔸 We do not provide bubble wraps or newspapers. 

🔸Box on loan are mix of used and new box condition

🔸You may write on the tape 
❗️NO writing on boxes

Do you have site visit?

🟡Kindly take note for faster quotation, please WHATSAPP me all your furnitures photos and indicate how many carton boxes total.

🟠For house survey, our surveyor is generally only available (Subject to availability) Monday-Friday between 7pm-8pm. Saturday 9am-5pm. Quotation will be ready within 1 working day upon site survey. 
 

Do you provide storage service?

Yes we do. For storage quote, kindly WHATSAPP us

 

🛑Payment, Terms and Condition:🛑

1. Full rental term payment will be required.
2. Storage prorate is based on half a month. Underutilised storage after prorate will be refundable within 1 month from moving out date. 
3. Customers who wish for items to be remove or taken out during storage period will have to make an appointment beforehand.

How many days in advance should we booked?

We advised customers to confirm ASAP upon the date confirmation as the date requested are based on first come first serve. Your booking is confirmed, once booking fee is made. Otherwise, the date is not secured to be fair to others.
